I will approach each issue with two fundamental questions:
- What role does personal responsibility play in the matter?
- Is it fiscally responsible?
Recovery
Our state will recover as long as we elect business-minded leaders who understand that education and employment, South Carolina’s two primary concerns, are linked. We decrease our unemployment by educating our people, recruiting businesses, and lowering taxes on small businesses. We have hard-working, blue collar citizens and our public servants should be highlighting this and recruiting businesses to our district.
Reform
We need a reform of political candidates and the political process.
The Third District deserves a candidate who is hard-working, principled, and running with the sole purpose of improving our community.
We are tired of money and political consultants influencing our politicians.
I have not hired a political consulting firm.
I will be accountable to you the voters, not wealthy donors or PACs.
