Saturday, July 4, 2009Easley, S.C. I formally announced my candidacy for the Third Congressional District in front of Michael's Pizzeria on Main Street of Easley. I could not think of a better day to announce than at a celebration of our country's founding. I thank Michael's Pizzeria and I hope it conveyed what my focus will be in my campaign - responsible spending, supporting small businesses, and encouraging job creation.
